Be prepared for the outdoor sessions with running shoes and sportswear, as well as boxing gear.

One paying the monthly payments may train at the gym independently anytime between 6AM and 10PM (outside of coached sessions)

In addition to muay thai gears we have for example a rowing machine, a squat rack, a bench, a barbell with weights, kettlebells, an exercise bike and rubber bands.
